MWA Concession Area
The hunting safari sold by Mozambique Wild Adventure shall take place in Mozambique Wild Adventure’s concession area, situated north of Marrupa and south of Block L7 Niassa Reserve

Fees for the hunting license, animal license, Gov. License fee and gun import permits must be paid separately in advance, additionally to the required deposit of the safari.
In the event of the animal not being shot or wounded, the respective prepaid license fee will be refunded in full.
Equipment
Mozambique Wild Adventures has firearms chambered for the following calibers in camp. These are available for hire to clients whilst on safari, daily fees can be provided on request.

- .375 H&H Magnum
- .06 Springfield
- .270 Winchester Magnum
- .223 Winchester
Reservation of Safari and Payment Terms
Safaris are confirmed on receipt of 50 % of the total daily rate plus the Hunting License and Government License fee of the species chosen accordingly with the Offer signed and accepted by the Client in order to secure the Safari.
The balance of the daily rate plus additional charges are payable 60 days prior to the commencement of the safari and trophy fees are payable at the conclusion of the safari.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and will be the Clients’ responsibility any additional costs in consequence of such alteration.
- Payment in camp must be made in cash or by bank transfers prior to the safari commencing.
- Payment can be done as per bank details and conditions provided on the Reservation Form (annex 1) to this contract
- Animals wounded or lost will be paid in full.
- All animals taken for bait will be charged 50 % of the trophy fee except if the animal is a trophy then the charge will be 100 % of the trophy fee
Cancelation Policy

- There will be no refund on any deposit paid, unless the hunt is cancelled no less than 120 days prior to the commencement of the safari and will be deducted 3.000.00 U.S. Dollars for administration expenses.
- In case of a postponement of the safari starting date there is normally no charge if the safari is rebooked for the same year providing alternative opening dates are available
- Requests, of re-scheduling have to reach us a minimum of 90 days before the commencement of the safari
Cancelation from MWA
- MWA reserves the right to cancel tours in the event of unforeseen occurrences, which in its judgment, might prejudice the safety or well being of clients in given areas. In such event, the land cost of traveling to such areas together with the costs of our services will be refunded.
- If MWA is rendered unable, wholly or in part, by reason of force majeure to carry out any of its obligations hereunder, then on written notice within a reasonable time after the occurrence of the event relied upon, such obligations shall be suspended and MWA shall not be liable for any losses or damages occasion thereby.
- “Force majeure” refers to events that cannot be reasonably anticipated, are beyond control of MWA and render performance partially or wholly impossible and include, but not limited to, acts of God (vis majeure), change in or introduction of new legislation, industrial action, lightning, fire, floods, storm, Riots, wars, civil unrest police actions or embargoes. MWA is able to Terminate the Contract with the Client by agreement if such conditions remains for a period longer than 3 months. In this case MWA shall not be liable for any losses or damages and the client cannot claim any reimbursement of amounts paid.
Documentation and Visas
- Passport and Visas -Customs clearance is operative at your port of entry in Mozambique. You must have a passport, valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond intended departure from Mozambique and have two (2) blank pages in your passport. All non-Mozambique citizens MUST have a visa. Please ensure the visa is valid at least a week before and a week after the contracted period.
- In any case the Client must contact the local travel agent for visa requirements and travel insurance (health insurance as well) and ensure personal documents are valid and correct.
Term of responsibility and Indemnity
Due to the nature of Safari Hunting Activity in wild conditions, MWA Safaris Lda, their employees, guides and affiliates, do not accept responsibility for any client or dependent thereof in respect of any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay or inconvenience experienced.
Insurance
Clients should arrange their own travel, medical and accident insurance. MWA Safaris Lda accepts no liabilities whatsoever in regard to: Weather conditions, injuries or damage to persons and / or equipment.
Information
The following must reach us at least 90 days prior to the safari starting date:
- A complete trophy list for each hunter. (In order to obtain the relevant trophy permits)
- 2 passport photos of each hunter
- Full residential details of each hunter
- A photocopy of each hunter´s passport main pages
- Full details with regards to: make, serial number, caliber of each firearm/s and the number of ammo of each caliber
- Ammo: only 100 rounds allowed per caliber;
- The photographs may be taken digitally.
- The passport copies may be scanned and both can be emailed to us
- The required deposit and the funds for licenses and firearm permits.
